Please connect the usb 3 docking station and open the "INSTANTVIEW", Check the instructions on the USB flash drive. PLEASE CHECK THE USER MANUAL for your reference.

The Issue You Meet

confirming that the problem is not related to computer interfaces or cables, please upgrade to solve the problem.

1. When the displayed resolution on the monitor does not meet the required specifications, such as dropping from 4K/60Hz to 1080p, and after confirming that the settings are correct, updating the graphics card driver is necessary.

2. When existing issues with an external monitor, such as flickering, black screen, or display abnormalities, and after confirming that the problem is not related to computer interfaces or cables, please upgrade the driver to solve the problem.

Need Help?

1. Please make sure the USB Hub has installed the correct driver according to the instruction. Because this USB 3.0 Hub is not using the USB C DP alt mode function, it can’t plug&paly.

2. When the USB 3.0 Hub cannot be used after the system upgrading, please go to SM76x Driver Download.
