Q1: What should you do if the displayed resolution drops from 4K/60Hz to 1080p?
A1: When the displayed resolution on the monitor does not meet the required specifications, after confirming that the settings are correct, updating the graphics card driver is necessary.
Q2: What should you do if the existing issues with an external monitor, such as flickering, black screen, or display abnormalities?
A2: Confirming the problem is not related to computer interfaces or cables, please upgrade the driver to solve the problem.
Q3: Notices during driver upgrade
A3: ● A Windows computer with video output support is required.
● Connect a monitor to the HDMI port of the hub for upgrading, do not use the DP port, and see if the monitor lights up. If it lights up, it can be upgraded.
